CR is committed to environment, health, safety, and responsible recycling and as such the following is our policy:

 Customers:

  • We are committed to selling product that meets the specified description. Continual improvement, we will seek:

  •    To improve environmental health and safety performance

  •    To maintain profitability and work efficiently

  •    To improve our EHSMS and environmental performance

  •    To continually improve.

 Legal and other requirements:

  •    We are committed to comply with all relevant standards and regulations and will seek recognition of our commitment through R2 certification.

 Environment, health and safety:

  •    We are committed to preventing injury and ill health

  •    We will seek to protect the environment, including preventing pollution, and decreasing waste.

  • Reuse and recover:

  •    To reuse/resell where there is a market and to recycle through R2 compliant downstream vendors where there isn’t a market for purposes of materials recovery

  •    We will not direct material to incineration, energy recovery, or land disposal facilities unless no reuse or recycling options are viable.

 Our objectives are:

  •    Zero data security breaches from CR employees on returned product

  •    Zero plastic bottles and print cartridges to landfill

  •    Zero electronics to landfill

  •    Maintain the same or less electricity usage per year

  •    100% of first-tier downstream vendors R2 complaint

  •    Zero non-compliance notices from OSHA or EPA

  •    Zero OSHA recordable injuries. Aim for zero injuries

  •    Zero EPA recordable incidents

 Zero major non-conformances from the R2 certification body.

                                                        M-03 Product Return Plan and Policy

​

        All requests for return are handled by the sales department. The Salesperson will review the issue and where appropriate discuss with the customer any details to help understand the issue and determine the cause of the issue. 

 

Based on the information received, the Salesperson will decide and agree on the outcome with the customer.

 

If the product is returned for replacement, credit, or refund:

  • The product will be checked to ensure that it matches the description and quantity that the customer is expected to return. Any discrepancies will be resolved with the customer.

  • The product will be checked for the claimed issue to verify the customer’s claim. If the customer’s claim is correct, the Salesperson will approve and take action the replacement, credit, or refund.

  • The product received from the customer will be weighed in and the inventory system updated. If the product is to go to scrap, the FMMP (Focus Material Management Plan) shall be followed.

 

Furthermore, if the agreed action was to send a replacement product, the inventory system will be likewise updated, and the product returned to the customer.

 

If the issue that caused the return product was the fault of Cellular Recycling, the issue and the action taken to resolve the issue will also be entered into the corrective action process.

                                                                Product Return Policy

​

     We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee, if you do not like the device. You must also return all the accessories included with your item. As a one-time courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee. Any returns after that will be a 10% restocking charge.

 

 

                                                                                    Warranty

​

      30-day hardware / software warranty. If hardware fails within 30-days of receiving the phone and there is no accidental damage, we will replace/repair it within 30-days at no cost to you. We will also fix software failure. Software modification, unauthorized hardware repair, water/physical damage are not covered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in.
